We only accept the return of an item if We made the mistake. An example would be: You ordered

a 12345 Widget (as plainly shown on the order) and we shipped you a 54321 Thing-O-Magige!

In the above example we would ship the 12345 Widget to you, pay the shipping, and send you a

Big ol Sincere Apology! But, if you ordered a 12345 Widget and you got a 12345 Widget, it is Your

Widget!
